Death Jokes war ein komplexes Projekt, dessen Fertigstellung fast vier Jahre dauerte und das in verschiedenen Versionen aufgenommen wurde, darunter eine alternative Version des Albums, die im Juni 2021 in den ber\u00fchmten East West Studios in Los Angeles aufgenommen wurde. Mit Money Mark (Beastie Boys) an den Keyboards und Jim Keltner (Bob Dylan,…) und Carla Azar (Autolux) abwechselnd am Schlagzeug.<\/p>\n

Bei der Neuinterpretation des Albums als \u201eDeath Jokes II\u201c hat McMahon das gesamte Material f\u00fcr abgespeckte Remixe der Songs von Craig Silvey \u00fcberarbeitet. Zu diesen neuen Mixen geh\u00f6ren auch ungeh\u00f6rte Beitr\u00e4ge der namhaften Death Jokes-Mitwirkenden Panoram, Kwake Bass (Dean Blunt, MF DOOM), Christoffer Berg (Fever Ray) und Robbie Lee, ein Multiinstrumentalist und NYC-Veteran.<\/p>\n"},"caption":{"rendered":"
