„Gegenwelt“ (V\u00d6: 21.04.23\/Bureau B)<\/strong> ist das zweite Album von CEL<\/strong>, dem Duo von Kubin und Zemler. Es ist melodisch ausgefeilter als das gleichnamige Deb\u00fct von 2020 (Bureau B) und ein noch deutlicheres Beispiel f\u00fcr den synkretistischen Impuls, den die beiden Herren zum Anlass nahmen, diese Band zu gr\u00fcnden. Ihre Grundidee war eine Erkundung der Schnittstelle zweier Str\u00f6mungen des deutschen Underground-Sounds: der Motorik, einer minimalistischen 4\/4-Rhythmik, die von Jaki Liebezeit (Can) und Klaus Dinger (Kraftwerk) gepr\u00e4gt wurde, und der Sequenzer\u0002gesteuerten Hirnstromverst\u00e4rkung experimenteller NDW-Pioniere wie Der Plan.<\/p>\n

Felix Kubin ist ein unberechenbarer und vielbesch\u00e4ftigter Elektronik-Wizard aus Hamburg. Schon in fr\u00fchesten Teenager-Tagen begann er, eigene St\u00fccke zu produzieren und live aufzuf\u00fchren, seine umfangreiche Diskographie besticht durch ihre eigensinnige Sound\u00e4sthetik. Felix hat Musik f\u00fcr H\u00f6rspiele, Filmsoundtracks, Installationen und Orchester komponiert, seine energiegeladenen Solo Performances sind legend\u00e4r. <\/p>\n

Der in Warschau lebende Perkussionist Hubert Zemler ist ein Jahrzehnt j\u00fcnger als Kubin und erf\u00fcllt vom gleichen, rastlosen Tatendrang. Zun\u00e4chst konzentrierte sich Zemler auf das Feld der Neuen Musik und kollaborierte dabei u. a. mit John Tilbury, Gyan Riley und Jon Gibson. Sp\u00e4ter wirkte er auch in verschiedenen experimentellen Rockbands mit und wird besonders f\u00fcr seine Kompetenzen im Bereich des Free Jazz gesch\u00e4tzt. <\/p>\n"},"caption":{"rendered":"
