„Love, Sex and Death etc\u201c, das neue Album von SIMON LOVE und seiner Band THE OLD ROMANTICS, wurde im Juli und November 2020 in London aufgenommen. Und so gibt es neben Love Songs (\u201eI Will Always Love You Anyway\u201c) auch ein paar knackige Hate-Songs mit sch\u00f6nen Titeln wie \u201eThe Fuck-Up\u201c und \u201eI Love Everybody In The Whole Wide World (Except You!)\u201c. Gibt eh zu wenige Hate-Songs und das, obwohl doch Hate der dunkle Zwilling von Love ist. Aber bevor wir uns hier in lustigen Wortspielen verlieren,
\nzur\u00fcck zum Album: Herzst\u00fcck ist ein knapp siebenmin\u00fctiger Pop-Epos namens \u201eL-O-T-H-A-R-I-O\u201c, inspiriert von einem zuf\u00e4llig auf Facebook wiedergefundenen Foto (btw: freundet euch mit Simon auf Facebook an, ist wirklich sehr lustig), welches Simon an einen beinahe stattgefundenen One-Night-Stand erinnerte. Ihr seht, lange Geschichte. Und wie Indie! Ein Song \u00fcber einen One-Night-Stand, der beinahe stattgefunden hat: also mehr Indie geht nicht. Und dann noch sieben Minuten lang. Sp\u00e4testens
