Mackenzie Scott alias TORRES meldet mit einem neuen Album zur\u00fcck! \u201eThirstier“ erscheint am 30. Juli bei Merge Records. Das tolle gemalte Artwork stammt wie schon beim Vorg\u00e4nger von Scotts Freundin Jenna Gribbon. Als ersten Vorgeschmack pr\u00e4sentiert die Amerikanerin passend zur heutigen Albumank\u00fcndigung die Single \u201eDon’t Go Puttin Wishes In My Head“ inklusive charmantem Begleitvideo, das in Scotts Wohnung zusammen mit ihrer Partnerin gedreht wurde.<\/p>\n

Der Nachfolger des gefeierten Vorg\u00e4ngers \u201eSilver Tongue“ aus dem Jahr 2020, ist Scotts bisher \u00fcberschw\u00e4nglichste und gewagteste Platte, die sie in einem aufregenden freien Fall zeigt. Scott dazu: „I’ve been conjuring this deep, deep joy that I honestly didn’t feel for most of my life. I feel like a rock within myself. And I’ve started to feel that I have what it takes to help other people conjure their joy, too.“<\/p>\n
