Wie immer habe ich die letzten f\u00fcnfzig Jahre Art-Rock und Soul in einen Mixer geworfen und ihn auf Vollgas gestellt. Als ich die St\u00fccke geschrieben habe, waren vor allem 10cc, J Dilla, Liaisons Dangeroux[1], Jean Claude Vannier, Anna Meredith, Slade, D\u2019Angelo und so weiter meine steten Begleiter. Aber das werdet ihr beim H\u00f6ren vermutlich selbst feststellen. Die Musik dieses Albums ist das Ergebnis einer engen Zusammenarbeit mit meiner Partnerin Monica BouBou (Violine und Gesang) und unserer Superband, bestehend aus Josh Johannpeter (Schlagzeug), Jim \u201eDallas\u201c Cooper (Bass), Billie Howard (Keyboards und Strings), Devon Davis (Gitarre) und dem Soundk\u00fcnstler DJ LeDeuce. Die Aufnahmen fanden im Kellergeschoss eines Hauses statt, und zwar \u00fcber mehrere Monate hinweg. In dem St\u00fcck \u201eBrother\u201c bekommt das Synthesizer-Genie Felix Kubin einen Gastauftritt, und gemischt wurde das Ganze aufs Wunderbarste von Tobias Levin und Hannes Plattmeier in Hamburg. <\/p>\n
